Until now, we thought only Michael Bay is capable of recycling content of his old movies into the new ones. In recent events, it has been discovered that Ubisoft did much like Mr. Bay has done with Transformers movies. The map in Far Cry: Primal looks bears an odd resemblance to the map featured in Far Cry 4. Don’t believe us? See for yourself.
On the left we have the map from Far Cry 4, a game which received a critical success and on the right, we have Ubisoft’s latest Far Cry: Primal. The later is currently out on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. However, the game isn’t enjoying the same success Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 4 did. Gamers and critics are pointing out how Far Cry: Primal just doesn’t have enough content for the full $60 price-tag.
That being said, it might not be a big deal but considering how this is coming from a AAA developer, this is quite upsetting for people who have paid full retail price for Cry: Primal. Clearly, this isn’t something Ubisoft can fix. In simpler words, this is a bigger scandal than the one that surrounded Batman Arkham Knight on PC.
Ubisoft still hasn’t an official statement regarding this but we will keep you posted as there is more. Let us know what you think this blunder below.
