OnePlus started rolling out the first OTA update for the latest OnePlus 2 smartphone. This new OTA updates the OxygenOS to version 2.0.1 and it fixes the major stagefright security exploit. Further, the new update also improves the overall battery performance, improve the user interface logic and coherence and also fixes some minor bugs. The new update is only for the international variant of OnePlus 2 which runs on OxygenOS and not the HydrogenOS that runs on the Chinese model. As the update is being rolled out in phases so some users might not get it today.
The OnePlus One was launched on August 11 and it features a 5.5 inch 1080p display, an Octa-Core Snapdragon processor, 4GB RAM, a 13 MP rear camera, fingerprint scanner and a powerful battery of 3300mAh and if you have an invite then you can buy it as low as $329.
