Xperia C5 Ultra isn’t the only phone being revealed by Sony today, the Japanse tech giant also revealed a new phone for the M series, the latest addition is the Xperia M5 and unlike the previous phones, this falls in the line with high end phones. Considering how Sony introduced this product via a video on YouTube, we don’t have the press shots, but looking at the video and the specs of the phone, it’s safe to say that this phone is impressive and faster than both Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z3. Yes, you heard it; let’s take a look at what makes this phone faster.
The phone comes with an octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor, that is on par with Snapdragon 801 and even faster in some cases, there is 3 gigs of RAM and 16 gigs of internal storage what will be expandable, the phone will come with IP certification, however, the most impressive thing about the Xperia M5 is the 21.5 megapixel rear camera, with a f/2.2 aperture, the camera is capable of 4k video recording. As for the front camera, there is a 13 megapixel camera without a flash, the phone will be powered with 2,600 mAh battery and will be booting on Android Lollipop. Last but not the least, the phone will have a 5 inches of FHD display.
