So it’s that time of the year again, Moto G 3rd gen is finally official and it is everything a budget oriented smartphone should be, the phone will be coming in 2 different variants that will have a slight difference, one version will come with 2 gigs of RAM and 16 gigs of internal storage and the other version will have 1 gig of RAM and 8 gigs of storage. However, both versions will have expandable storage and rest of the specs will remain the same.
The Moto G comes with a 5 inch display that will be having 720p resolution, not exactly the best screen in the industry but it can be ignored considering how it is a budget oriented phone. The phone will have a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor handling the processing, the phone will also have LTE and other connectivity options and will be booting on near-to-stock Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
Apart from that, there will be 13 megapixel camera on the back with dual LED and a 5 megapixel snapper sits on the front. There will be a 2,470 mAh battery powering up the device. The most surprising part about Moto G is that it will have IP x7 certification, this means that the phone can survive up to 30 minutes when submerged in 1m of water.
The phone is on sale as of now and has a neat price tag of $179.
