LG G4 was launched in Canada yesterday and today they have officially launched their flagship device in India. The device was unveiled by the famous Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan, who is LG’s brand ambassador in India. The LG G4 is priced at 51,000 INR and will be launched with dual SIM capability and it will support all the 4G LTE networks in India.

Speaking to theHindu, Mr Kwon said, the company is expecting to sell over 100,000 units in India as the initial response is quite delightful.

“Currently, we have 5 per cent market share in the overall smartphone market in India and with the newly introduced LG G4 and leveraging on this we expect to double our market share to 10 per cent. Globally, this phone was launched April this year and we have received tremendous response. We are confident to create a similar success story in India,” Mr. Kwon said.

There are some online retailers in India that are offering this device for 46,444 INR. Maybe, LG is not aware of it yet. Stay Tuned for the latest updates.
