Samsung Galaxy series is one of the most sold series we have seen from any company. The movement started back when the first Galaxy S was released and have been going on ever since. Samsung started the Galaxy series and added a lot of mid-ranger and budget friendly phones it while maintaining the premium feel of Galaxy S series. Despite its large success, the Galaxy series was never perfect to begin with. We did see a lot of amazing phones like Galaxy S II, Galaxy S III and the the recently announced Galaxy S6. Despite being extremely popular among the masses, the phone suffered from a lot of mediocricies.
From dubious aesthetics to software issues. The issue we’re discussing today is related to software. Samsung Galaxy series is known for giving an error in which it says ‘mobile network not available. Today we are going to look at all the possible ways to fix that issue.
Possible Solution #1
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Open the Wireless and Networks menu
Step 3: Tap on Mobile Networks.
Step 4: Choose Network Operators.
Step 5: The default is usually set on automatic mode, make sure to switch it to manual mode.
Step 6: Restart your device.
This should fix your issue of not getting any signals.
Possible Solution #2
Step 1: Open the dialer on your phone and dial the following code; *#*#4636#*#
Step 2: You’ll be taken to a testing menu.
Step 3: From the list; select phone/device information.
Step 4: Select ‘run ping test’.
Step 5: You will be taken to another list; from there, select ‘GSM Auto (PRL)’.
Step 6: From there; select ‘Turn off radio’ and restart your device.
The above mentioned methods don’t work, simply factory reset your phone and it should work.
