Google is all set for its upcoming I/O Event that will be held in May, later this year. We are expecting a newer version of Android or probably an upgraded version of Android 5.x Lollipop. Apart from that, many loyal Google customers are also hoping to have a look at the upcoming Nexus. Though Google has a tradition of unveiling the phone somewhere in autumn but it’s too early to speculate anything. Previous rumours suggested that Huawei will be taking the helm for the next Nexus device but the latest rumour suggests otherwise; according to the latest rumour we have.
For those who don’t know, the current Nexus 6 is made by Motorola, although the device is pretty amazing, it failed to enjoy the success that was enjoyed by the Nexus 5. That being said, the rumour suggests that the upcoming Nexus will be made by LG once again. This news is coming from EToday who cites that Google’s engineers paid a visit to LG’s display and R&D facilities that are stated in Korea as well as the units who are responsible for optical image stablisation, and wireless charging parts.
Only details that are available at this time is the codename of the device which is N000. Keeping this in mind, we’d advise you take the rumour with a pinch of salt.
We will keep you posted on any news relating this rumour.
