We should be getting pretty close to an official reveal of Nokia’s new Windows RT tablet, codenamed Sirius. The tablet, and Nokia’s rumored phablet, the 6-inch Lumia 1520, codenamed Bandit, are expected to be announced at an event later this month. But, in the meantime, we’re seeing it pictured again with new info added into the mix.
Nokia’s rumored Windows RT tablet is said to feature a 10.1-inch IPS full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) display and powered by a quad-core Qualcomm 8974 (ARM) processor. 6.7 megapixel camera and a $499 price tag. The tablet is likely to weigh about 1.3 pounds (590 grams) and offer a battery backup of up to 10 hours.
Along with the Nokia tablet, Paul Thurott also revealed a bunch of other Windows tablets particularly in the new 8-inch form factor, which includes the new Dell Venue, Lenovo Mix 8, Toshiba Encore and a Microsoft Surface ‘mini’
