The S-Pen is also added up the special line up in Samsung Galaxy Note III. Samsung now provides Note III with S-Pen device with compatible applications like handwriting-recognition features and drawing tools. There is also another amazing thing that gives more value to the Note III is entire back to look like leather and the Note 3 looks just amazing.
The another device launch with this device is Galaxy Note 10.1, Samsung decided not to rename this product and It is going to be known just as 2014 edition. Samsung Galaxy Note III comes with WQXGA (2560x1600px) SuperClear LCD display, runs on the powerful chip SnapDragon 800. There were too much rumors about Samsung Galaxy Gear Smartwatch and Finally Samsung announced Galaxy Gear, The gadget runs on a custom-built 800MHz processor and intended to be the companion of Galaxy smartphones, not a separate Android device. It will only operate like an high end devices like Samsung Galaxy S4.
Samsung Galaxy Note III: Hands On
Finally, Samsung Galaxy Note III announced and got credit of millions users all around the world, now People even started calling them by a new name – phablets. Samsung Galaxy Note III comes 5.7″ which at 1080p resolution works out to 388ppi pixel density. The runs offers a powerful processor runs on the most powerful chip SnapDragon 800. The interesting feature in this phablet is extra digitizer which detects the defining feature of the line, the S Pen.
Galaxy Note III is more rectangular then the previous Note II and also have low bezels and more slimmed down to the new height and width. It also helps that the new Note 3 is over a millimeter thinner than the previous Note (8.3mm vs. 9.4mm) and it’s lighter too – 168g (down from 183g). The plastic body around the back is matte and has a brushed metal texture to it and comes in the standard Jet Black, Classic White and Blush Pink. The sides have what looks like a grooved metal strip, but that’s plastic too. The side bottom of this phablet is quite good and this is also the first Samsung device that supports the USB 3.0. The connection consists of two parts – one that is backwards compatible with microUSB 2.0 and one that adds additional pins for faster data transfers.
The top feature of this phone is another mic with 3.5mm jack for headphones. Samsung has ben been putting this on upcoming samsung smartphones to made this generation more interesting, but we don’t know why Samsung is yet using plastic back covers.
The device has 13MP rear camera joined by an LED flash and capable of capturing images on a large resolution and also able to record 4K video. The Snapdragon 800 version will be the only one with LTE support too, which makes us wonder why Samsung even bother making an Exynos version. The 4K video recording is maintain on 30 frames per second and also requires extra processing power, you can use that to get higher framerate – 1080p @ 60fps or 720p @ 120fps.

Now come to the hardware, this tablet comes in two traditional colors Black and White, both have glass-covered font and a plastic back with a leather-like finish. The slate looks quite newest in design and the bezels look like they’ve been trimmed as well. The edges looks very sharper then all previous tablets, bezels give a more conservative, business-like allure to the package as a whole, even the tablet is quite slim to look which also attracts more users towards it.
Samsung Galaxy Gear: SmartWatch
Samsung galaxy gear uses a 1.63″ Super Amoled display with 320 x 320 pixels, which is quite high for a smartwatch. In comparison, the Sony SmartWatch 2’s 1.6″ display has a resolution of 220 x 176 pixels. The things made Galaxy gear more interesting is 800MHz custom-built single-core Exynos processor and 512MB of RAM.
The build Quality isn’t too shabby, although it’s not as jewel-grade as a high-end wristwatch. The plastic Strip is quite brilliant and hold 1.9MP camera with BSI sensor. It can capture low resolution images such as 10-second-long 720p videos, which are saved on the 4GB on-board memory.
