HTC just launched new smartphone that injects new blood in the Desire series that was looking about to die. The new entry gives the new life to this series as this phone is quite interesting mid-ranged. This device looks quite handsome. The design looks like HTC One that have 4.5″ screen on the front with the same speakers and capacitive touch buttons on the front. On the back we have 5MP camera with LED Flash and a traditional HTC logo.

HTC desire 601 comes with 4.5″ qHD display with a resolution of 540×960 pixels. It is powered by 1.4GHZ Dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with the combination of 1GB RAM. The mid ranged smartphone has 5MP rear camera that can able to capturing images on the large resolution. The camera interface is just like the interface of other HTC smartphones that have a normal shutter button with a toggle key between image and camcorder, the camera also have many different effects like wrong color, sepia etc to capture images. This phone also have the VGA front face camera that is also useful for Skype video calling.

The device have 8GB internal memory that is expandable to 64GB through microSD card through which user can store large amount of its data, games and different images as well. HTC Desire 601 also features dual-front stereo speakers with built-in amplifiers just like HTC One and HTC One mini, however it is looking that HTC is taking too much interest now in these speakers as they got to much appreciation from the users to built this. Connectivity includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and 3G but there is official information about that whether this smartphone supports Dual sim or not. The device has  2100mAh battery that provides you with a Stand by time upto 440 Hours.

A mid ranged smartphone looks interesting like other HTC smartphones. The built quality is brilliant, we have 4.3″ screen on the front with the same boom speakers on the front and on the back we have only 5MP camera with a traditional HTC logo.

HTC Desire 300 come with 4.3″ WVGA touch screen. The device is powered by a 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4processor along with 512MB RAM, However this is disappointment for the user as this smartphone have 512MB RAM. With 512 MB RAM users may face problems in running many applications and games. The device have 5MP rear camera and here is also a bad that this camera do not have LED flash, so through this users having this smartphone have to face problems while capturing images in low light. The device has VGA front face camera.

HTC Desire 300 have 4GB internal memory that is expandable up to 64GB via microSD. It includes the connectivity features like WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G, however this is not sure that whether this device supports dual sim or not. Backing the device is 1650 mAh battery that provides you a good stand by time.

Both of the devices running the Android 4.2 (JELLY BEAN)  with HTC Sense on top with BlinkFeed and other features, However their is no news about whether HTC is working for their firmware or not.

Both the smartphones will available in the market on this October.
