It appears that Microsoft has started delivering Windows 8.1 “Developer Preview” to OEM partners. The report comes from win8china.com, and Microsoft is expected to deliver Windows 8.1 via the Windows Store once it becomes available. Further, Microsoft revealed that the Windows 8 has sold more than 100 Million licenses since its release.
