Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare Details and trailer

Electronic Arts and PopCap Games made an announcement during press conference on Tuesday. This made the ability to play this game as a Zombie in Xbox 360 and Xbox One multiplayer title and an exclusive new mode boss mode for the Xbox One. Previously PopCap games showed only four players that pick a plant to defeat the waves coming from the zombies in the form of third-person shooter, but now PopCap has made 24-player multiplayer mode where one side can play as Plants and other side as a Zombies such as Soldier, Engineer and Scientist.

techjeep-Electronic Arts and PopCap Games Customization options will also be available in the game for both sides to Zombies with hundreds of unique items to choose.

Meanwhile, the Xbox One will receive two exclusive features for Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare. It is includes of 2-player split screen co-op mode as well as Kinect and Xbox SmartGlass support for Boss mode, a new gametype that allows players to control the garden battlefield either from Crazy Dave’s RV or Dr. Zomboss’ blimp. It’s kind of like the Battlefield 4 commander mode but with zombies and plants.

Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare will be released in the spring of 2014 for the Xbox One and Xbox 360.

  1. i know i’m going to piss a lot of people off by saying this, but i’m really disappointed in this games release. as a fan of plants vs zombies, i wanted to see a full console/pc version of a plants vs zombies game, not a third person shooter who’s characters happen to be pvz themed. i realize there’s a mobile sequel, but i don’t really use my phone to play games. that’s why i pay hundreds of dollars for gaming systems and personal computers.

    from a purely fanboy standing, i’m glad to see the franchise doing well enough to branch out, but until i get a console or pc release of a true sequel, there’s a pvz itch i just can’t scratch
